OH I think this gnome from Twistoon is super cute Hanging out of her window like she is Rapunzel with short hair hahahaha talking to her ladybug friend.
Her name is Victoria at her window and I colored her with the Spectrum Noir Triblend markers.
The background is created with Acryllic paint and Dutch Doobadoo stencil on the Gelpress.
