Merry Christmas....

 It has been a long time since my last blog and each time I think I am going to pick it up but each time life comes in the way :) So I am not making any promises anymore that I can keep this up as my life is pretty busy nowadays and I am not going to disappoint myself again and again hahaha. 
So I have been creating and coloring my days away... This card is created with the Christmas Tea Gingers from Last Minute Manda.

I merged 2 images together by fuzzy cutting them out and than glueing them onto my card.  I colored the images with the Spectrum Noir Triblend markers and made metallic accents with the Watercolors by Myrthe. Her watercolors are perfect to add little bits of metallic to your coloring. She has a shop on Etsy.

Happy Birthday Wishes....

I made this card with the Gemini Foilpress and the Gemini Pretty Peonies Background stamp and foil die. This time I used a transparent foil. Unfortunately I don't know the brand anymore, because I didn't save the box, yes not so smart !!!
But because you hardly see the foil, I colored it completely with the Spectrum Noir Aquamarkers and then I went over it with the Imagination Crafts Pearl Starlights wax. And after that I rubbed it with a tissue to make sure that not too thick a layer is left on it.
Then made a nice swirly stitching around it. It is matted on Silver glitter and Purple pearl paper from Crafter's Companion. The flowers are made from tissue paper that I colored with the Spectrum Noir Aquamarkers and when it was dry I used it with the Layered Peony mold from Crafter's Companion.
The leaves are colored with the Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers. The text is from the Enchanted Forest collection Every Day greetings set.

Deze heb ik ook gemaakt met de Gemini Foilpress en de Gemini Pretty Peonies Background stamp and foil die. Deze keer heb ik een transparante folie gebruikt. Helaas weet ik het merk niet meer, want heb het doosje niet bewaard, ja ik weet het niet slim!!!  Maar doordat je de folie haast niet ziet heb ik het geheel gekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Aquamarkers en daarna ben ik erover heen gegaan met de Imagination Crafts Pearl Starlights wax. En heb ik het daarna nog even opgewreven met een tissue om te zorgen dat er niet een te dikke laag op achterblijft. Daarna een leuk kronkel stikrandje erom heen gemaakt. Het is gemat op Zilver glitter en Paars pearl papier van Crafter's Companion. De bloemen zijn gemaakt van tissuepapier dat ik heb gekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Aquamarkers en toen het droog was heb ik het gebruikt met de Layered Peony mal van Crafter's Companion. De blaadjes zijn gekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers. De tekst is van de Enchanted Forest collectie Every Day greetings set.

R is for Riaaaaa.....

Zo vandaag heb ik een kaartje om te laten zien dat ik heb gemaakt met de Gemini Foil Stamp en Die set. Als eerste heb ik de folie letter op wit karton gemaakt met de  Gemini Foil press en toen heb ik de bloemenstempel rondom de letter gestempeld met de Finesse Alcohol proof inkt pad en deze gekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers. Ik heb de Embossing folder en de Libelle stempel gebruikt die je bij de Crafter's Inspiration magazine nr. 22 erbij krijgt. Leuke bijkomstigheid is dat ik een paar projecten in deze uitgave heb staan. Ik heb de embossing folder gekleurd met de Harmony water reactive inkt pads en de Libelle stempel is gestempeld met de  Finesse Alcohol Proof inkt pad en gekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers.

So today I want to show you a card that I made with the Gemini Foil Stamp and Die set. So I first added the Foil letter with the Gemini Foil press and then I stamped the flowers around the letter and colored them with the Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers. I used the Embossing folder and the Dragonfly stamp that you get for free with the Crafter's Inspiration magazine issue 22. Also the issue I have a couple of projects in. So I colored the folder with the Harmony water reactive ink pads and the Dragonfly is stamped with the Finesse Alcohol Proof ink pad and colored with the Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers.

With Love....

Ik ben echt helemaal gek op mijn Gemini Foilpress maar ik heb nog niet zo heel veel mallen en kleuren folies dus dan blijf je een beetje terugvallen in dezelfde mallen. Maar met de Gemini Stamp and foil Pretty Peonies Background is dat niet het grootste probleem want je kleurt hem gewoon in een andere kleur! en boem een hele andere kaart. Deze keer heb ik de background ingekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Aquablend potloden in paars tinten. De tekst is van de Parisian Every day greetings set gestempeld met de Zilver Midas inktpad. De ovaal is van de Gemini Torn edges ovals mallen set.

I really love my Gemini Foilpress but I don't have that many molds and color foils yet so you keep falling back a bit in the same molds. But with the Gemini Stamp and foil Pretty Peonies Background that is not the biggest problem because you simply color it in a different color! and boom a completely different map. This time I colored the background with the Spectrum Noir Aquablend pencils in shades of purple. The text is from the Parisian Every day greetings set stamped with the Silver Midas inkpad. The oval shape is from the Gemini Torn Edges die set.

Butterfly Kisses...

Ik ben helemaal weg van de vlinder die ik heb gemaakt voor dit kaartje. Ik heb de vlinder gebruikt en deze gemaakt met de Gemini Foilpress en de Foil Stamp N Cut die en daarvoor heb ik de goud folie gebruikt. En deze ingekleurd met de Spectrum Noir water reactive Harmony inktpads, de ovale achtergrond heb ik ook met de Harmony inktpads gemaakt. De tekst is ook van een CC set maar kan hem nu even niet vinden. Heb hem blijkbaar niet op zijn plek terug gezet :) oopsss misschien maar is mijn kamer op orde brengen!!!!  Ik heb ook het mooie glitter karton gebruikt van Crafter's Companion. De ovale vorm is gemaakt met de Gemini Torn edges ovals mallen set.

I absolutely love the butterfly that I made for this card. I used the butterfly and made it with the Gemini Foilpress and the Foil Stamp N Cut and for that I used the gold foil. And this colored with the Spectrum Noir water reactive Harmony ink pads, I also made the oval background with the Harmony ink pads. The text is also from a CC set but cannot find it for now. Apparently I didn't put it back in its place :) oopsss maybe I should do some cleaning !!!! I also used the beautiful glitter cardboard from Crafter's Companion. The oval shape is made with the Gemini Torn edges ovals die set.

Pretty Peonies....

Omdat de weersvoorspelling zo mooi is voor het weekend dacht ik laat ik dan ook maar een vrolijk kaartje posten vandaag. Dus hier is mijn kaart. Voor deze kaart heb ik eerst de 3d embossing folder Regency Swirls gekleurd met de Harmony waterreactive inktpads en daarna heb ik het allemaal nog eens opgepoets met de Imagination Crafts wax.  Ik had nog een stukje over van de Gemini Pretty Peonies background die ik had gemaakt met de donker bruine folie en het kriebelde eigenlijk de hele tijd al om deze in te kleuren. Dus begon om de blaadjes te kleuren met de Triblend marker DG maar daar verliest de folie zijn glans een beetje mee dus toen maar overgestapt om de rest te kleuren met de Spectrum Noir Aquablend potloden en de waterbrush. En dat werkte perfect. Ben dan ook heel blij met hoe het is geworden. De vlinders zijn uit de Crafter's Companion Peony collectie gestanst uit mat zilver karton. Het geheel is gemat op glitter zilver karton ook van CC.
Ik hoop dat jullie hem ook leuk vinden.

Because the weather forecast is so beautiful for the weekend, I thought I'd just post a happy Card today. So here's my card. For this card, I first colored the 3d embossing folder Regency Swirls with the Harmony water-reactive ink pads and then I polished it all up again with the Imagination Crafts wax. I had a piece of the Gemini Pretty Peonies background left that I made with the dark brown foil and it actually tickled all the time to color it in. So I started to color the leaves with the Triblend marker DG but the foil loses its luster a bit with that so then switched over to color the rest with the Spectrum Noir Aquablend pencils and the waterbrush. And that worked perfectly. I am very happy with how it turned out. The butterflies from the Crafter's Companion Peony collection are die-cut from matt silver cardboard. The whole is mounted on glitter silver cardboard, also from CC. I hope you enjoy it too.

Ik ben vandaag aan het spelen geweest met de Gemini Foilpress en de Gemini Stamp and Foil mal Pretty Peonies Background. Ik heb donkerbruine folie gebruikt die ik al had maar weet niet meer welk merk dat was. De witte achtergrond is zoals je de background hoort te krijgen met de Gemini Foilpress en de bruine achtergrond is gemaakt met de leftover folie nadat je hem hebt gebruikt. Om een mooie afdruk van de leftover te krijgen, gebruik je de metalen shim die je op de foilpress leg en  zet ik hem op de middelste setting om te verwarmen en dan 1 minuut en de laatste 10 seconden daarvan plaats ik de folie en het karton erop onder de adapter plaat.  En daarna door de Gemini cut en embos machine. Ik heb de tekst gebruikt van de Sara's Signature Enchanted Forest collectie en het mooie lint is uit de Sara's signature Parisian collectie. Ik heb de brons en donkerbruine pearl papers van Crafter's Companion gebruikt om mee te matten.

I have been playing today with the Gemini Foilpress and the Gemini Stamp and Foil die, Pretty Peonies Background. I used dark brown foil that I already had but I don't know what brand it is from. The white background is as you should get the background with the Gemini Foilpress and the brown background is made with the leftover foil after you use it. To get a nice print of the leftover, use the metal shim that you put on the foilpress and I put it on the middle setting to heat and then 1 minute and the last 10 seconds of it I place the foil and the cardboard on it under the adapter plate. And then through the Gemini cutting machine. I used the text from the Sara's Signature Enchanted Forest collection and the beautiful ribbon is from the Sara's signature Parisian collection. I have used the bronze and dark brown pearl papers from Crafter's Companion for matting.

Happy Birthday Wishes....

Voor mijn kaartje van vandaag heb ik eerst de achtergrond gemaakt met de Spectrum Noir Aquatints en zeezout. Daarna de rand van de Sara's Signature English Country Garden collectie uit Pearl white gestanst. Deze op de achtergrond geplakt en er toen een stikrandje omheen gemaakt. De tekststempel is uit de Everyday Greetings van de Parisian collectie. De vlinder heb ik gemaakt met de Gemini Foilpress en de Butterfly swirls  Foil stamp N cut mal. De kaartbasis is gemaakt met de A4 luxery paperpack van de Enchanted forest collectie.

Love....

Van de week lekker aan het stoeien geweest met mijn Gemini Foilpress en dit leuke afdrukje ermee gemaakt. Het motiefje is de Foil Stamp dies Trailing heart. En ik heb ook de nieuwe Stamp and Die Love gebruikt. De achtergrond daarvan heb ik gemaakt op Yupo papier en de Spectrum Noir alcohol markers en airbrush (zie kliederen met Sn markers in de balk bovenaan) Ik heb ook het mooie Luxery A4  Mirror en Mat mirror cardstock gebruikt van Crafter's Companion.

Happy Birthday....

Vandaag is de eerste dag dat ze de 9de verjaardaga vieren bij Bugaboo met een Monster Birthday Bash. Altijd leuk om te proberen alle 7 dagen mee te doen. Ik heb de friday freebie gebruikt en deze gekleurd met de Spectrum Noir alcohol markers en colourblend potloden.
