it's penguin-ing to look a lot like Christmas....

Today it was time to sit down and play a little in between going to therapy and getting meds. So i played with the new Emily with Penguin from Conie Fong.

I combined her with the Sparkling Snow embossing folder and the Stamp and Die set Peek A Boo penguin and Circle frame by Crafter's Companion.

She is colored with the Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers and Colourblend pencils. I am really happy with how she turned out on the card with the dies and embossing folder

 Today a card with a lovely stamp from Isabel Cristina called Bunny hugs. Colored with the Spectrum Noir Triblend markers RB-MG-FS-EB, there is now an awesome deal going on at Crafter's Companion for their 16th birthday party this week. Close your eyes and make a wish...

I had fun playing with this Witchy Broomstick Gnome from Conie Fong. I colored it with my Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers and Colourblend pencils. Yesterday i spend the afternoon creating backgrounds with my precious Gelpress and this is one i created. Played with my Spectrum Noir Opaque inkpads Plum Jam, Fuchsia, Honeypot, Straw bale. And a piece of bubble wrap for the printing.

Just Bee cause...

I am in love with the gnomes from Twistoon Digistamps ;) Lisa creates the cutest big nose gnomes, now I have a soft spot from BIG NOSE girlies as I always call my puppy (english cocker spaniel) my big nose girlie so how can I not love these big nose gnomes ;) hahahahhaha so this girlie is Millie Been Gnome. 

I printed Millie on Kraft cardstock and colored her with the Spectrum Noir Illustrators/Triblend markers and Colourblend pencils. I used the Circle stitched dies by Crafter's Companion. The background is created with the Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens on Watercoloring paper.

Hello Autumn...

Hello Autumn and sad goodbye to a Summer that never really started here in the Netherlands :)

So for my card today I used this cute stamp set by Kate Hadfield Design called 

Walk in to the woods...

I colored them with the Spectrum Noir Triblend markers both the brush and nib versions.

The background is with one of my fav 3d embossing folders from Crafter's Companion, Decadent Lillies and used the Spectrum Noir Opaque inkpads for coloring. The sentiment is from the Gemini Everyday phrases and the die is from the All Occansion Banners. The larger die is from my stash.

Is my card for this time. I created this card with the Curly Piglet bundle from Conie Fong. I colored the little piglets with the Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers and Colourblend pencils. The background is created with Crafter's Companion Chesterfield leather Large stencil. I used it on my Gelpress with the Spectrum Noir Opaque inkpads and white acrylic paint. For the Balloons I used the Ballon alphabet stamp and dies.

The sentiment is also from Conie Fong and I foiled these with gold foil.

Sending birthday wishes...

 Whoohoo second post this week... I really hope to pick up blogging like I used to a couple of years ago so let's keep toes crossed I don't forget hahahaah.

So here is my second card this week that I want to show to you all.

I received a big box of goodies from Crafter's Companion last friday and I am waiting for 2 more hehehehe I got into a good shopping frenzy hahahaha ah well sometimes you just have to splurge and get everything your heart desires. 

So I got this gorgeouss stamp the Swirling Florals, it is an A6 size stamp and I got the Connecting Birthday die and together they fit this 15x 15 cm cardbase. I cut of around 5 mm from the bottom of the card to make it fit perfectly together.

I stamped it on the CC White stamping card with the Finesse black waterproof and Colored it with the Spectrum Noir Tricolour markers. The sentiment I stamped on black cardstock with the Finesse Clear watermark inkpad and white embossing powder. The inside is created with the Opaque inkpad Damson Wine...

You are my missing piece.....

Goodmorning Monday....

Today I would like to show you one of my cards that I created as a GDT for Conie Fong on facebook. For my card I used the Bella Bouquet  digistamp. And colored it with my Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers. I used the Colors: MG 5-3, MB 4-2-1, FS 7-6, GY 3-1, DG 3-2, TB 2-1. And the Colourblend pencils to enhance the markers. I just got this cute Gemini Heart Jigsaw die and wanted to use it right away. It is a mixed media die so you have to adjust your plate stack else it ruins them badly. So I just used the 2 clear plates and the milky plate in my Gemini Junior.

For my background I played with the Spectrum Noir Opaque inkpads: Lemon tonic, Ocean blue, Fuchsia, Chinese Red to create the rainbow. Than I used the larger background stamps Oriental Peony and Distressed Harlequin. Both stamped with the Finesse Waterproof black. 

The sentiment is from the Crafter's Companion Puzzle sentimens stamped also with the Finesse Waterproof black on the White stamping card that I also used for the background.

Celebrate...

Wow it has been a while since I last posted here. Somehow I am more on Instagram and Facebook, but I should not forget where I started in 2007 and that was on Blogger so I am going to try to be more active here. So starting the day with this card that I created today.

My Background is created with the Spectrum Noir Opaque inkpads and a little Clear overlay Sparkle. The Embossing folder is the Decadent Lilies from Crafter's Companion Nature’s Garden lilies collection with Pebeo gilding wax. The flowers are from the Floral spray collection Gracefull Roses stamped on Kraft cardstock colored with the Spectrum Noir Colourblend pencils, This beautifull set is still available on QVC Germany Floral Spray stamps
