De dieren Silhouette mallen van Crafter's Companion zijn echt supergaaf en het is zo makkelijk om er leuke kaarten mee te maken. Voor dit kaartje heb ik de Flamingo gebruikt en deze 5x uitgestanst en op elkaar geplakt. De top laag heb ik gekleurd met deSpectrum Noir Illustrator marker en daarna nog even met de Clear overlay Sparkle pen gekleurd zodat het mooi glinstert alleen zie je dat niet op de foto. De achtergrond is gemaakt met de Spectrum Noir Aquatint inks en grof zee zout.

The animal Silhouette molds from Crafter's Companion are really super cool and it is so easy to make fun cards with it. I used the Flamingo for this card and punched it out 5 times and glued it together. I colored the top layer with the Spectrum Noir Illustrator marker and then colored it with the Clear overlay Sparkle pen so that it shines nicely, but you don't see that on the photo. The background is made with the Spectrum Noir Aquatint inks and coarse sea salt.

Thinking of you....

Soms heb je zoveel kleurspulletjes dat je gewoon vergeet wat je eigenlijk al jaren in je kast hebt liggen/staan. Zo heb ik dat eigenlijk altijd met de Spectrum Noir Aquatints. Ik heb die potjes al jaren en ze gaan nog jaren mee hahaaha maar daardoor vergeet je ze wel is omdat er zoveel leuke dingen zijn om mee te spelen zoals de markers en potloden en inktpads. Dus voor dit kaartje heb ik de achtergrond gemaakt met de Aquatints en toen dit allemaal nog nat was heb ik er grove korrels zeezout op gestrooid. Het zout zorgt ervoor dat je van die leuke vlekken op je papier krijgt. Je moet er wel voor zorgen dat je papier flink nat is anders werkt het niet. Daarna heb ik de Paradise stempel op de boven en onderkant randen gestempeld met de Finesse Alcohol proof. En het daarna ingekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers en Stickles goud. Een simpel stikrandje erom heen en gemat op mat goud karton van Crafter's Companion.

Sometimes you have so many color things that you simply forget what you actually have in your closet for years. That's how I always have it with the Spectrum Noir Aquatints. I have had those jars for years and they will last for years hahaaha but because of that you forget them because there are so many fun things to play with such as the markers and pencils and ink pads. So for this card I made the background with the Aquatints and when this was all still wet I sprinkled coarse grains of sea salt on it. The salt ensures that you get those nice stains on your paper. You must ensure that your paper is considerably wet, otherwise it will not work. Then I stamped the Paradise stamp on the top and bottom edges with the Finesse Alcohol proof. And then colored it with the Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers and Stickles gold. A simple stitching around it and matted on matte gold cardboard from Crafter's Companion.

Butterfly Wishes....

Ik heb gisteren lekker zitten spelen met de Spectrum Noir Aquatints en heb er verschillende achtergrondjes meegemaakt. Op deze heb ik de stempels van de Butterfly Wishes op gestempeld met de Spectrum Noir Finesse waterproof inktpad. Daarna deze ingekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Aquablend potloden en witte stippen gemaakt met de Molotow marker. Aan de zijkant heb ik de Gemini Birthday mal gebruikt. En achter het achtergrondje zit het Luxery kaart van de Enchanted Forest collectie.

Yesterday I had a good time playing with the Spectrum Noir Aquatints and I have experienced different backgrounds. On this I have stamped the stamps of the Butterfly Wishes with the Spectrum Noir Finesse waterproof ink pad. Then colored them with the Spectrum Noir Aquablend pencils and white dots made with the Molotow marker. On the side I used the Gemini Birthday template. And behind the background is the Luxery card from the Enchanted Forest collection.

Vandaag wordt er een Kleuren challenge gespeeld bij Catch the bug challenges- Bugaboo Stamps en deze keer heb ik een klein kaartje gemaakt met de super leuke Chihauhau set van Bugaboo. Deze is gekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Alcohol markers en enhanced met de Colourblend potloden. De achtergrond heb ik gemaakt met de In the garden 3d embossing folder van Crafter's Companion en deze gekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Sparkle pennen en Zilver Imagination's Craft Wax.

Ik heb vandaag deze kaart om te laten zien aan jullie. Ik heb de super gave Seashell Medley 3d embossingfolder uit de Sara's Signature Nautical collectie gebruikt met het Sheena Douglass white stamping card, want dat is gewoon echt superfijn papier voor met de embossing mallen maar ook voor met de inkten etc. Ik heb deze door de Gemini machine gedaan en daarna gekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Harmony Inktpads Plum Pudding-Lemon Tonic en Lagoon. Geen idee waarom er rechtsonderin donker blauw te zien is want het is echt de Lagoon met de Plumpudding gecombineerd :) dat is wel het leuke van het blenden van de kleurtjes.... Daarna met Vellum een tekst erom heen gemaakt. Tekst is van de Gemini Joyfull Phrases...

Ik heb het geheel gemat op een oude pagina die ik ook heb gekleurd met de Harmony Inktpads maar daar ben ik de combinatie van vergeten op te schrijven. Over de embossingfolder heb ik ook nog de Goud Imagination Crafts wax gebruikt.

I have this card today to show you. I used the super cool Seashell Medley 3d embossing folder from the Sara's Signature Nautical collection with the Sheena Douglass white stamping card, because that is just really super fine paper for the embossing molds but also for the inks etc. I got this through the Gemini machine done and then colored with the Spectrum Noir Harmony Ink Pads Plum Pudding-Lemon Tonic and Lagoon. No idea why there is dark blue in the bottom right because it really is the Lagoon combined with the Plumpudding :) that is the nice thing about blending the colors .... Then Vellum made a text around it. Text is from the Gemini Joyfull Phrases ... I finished it all on an old page that I also colored with the Harmony ink pads, but I forgot to write the combination of it. I also used the Gold Imagination Crafts wax over the embossing folder.

Birthday Wishes....

Ik heb een beetje gespeeld met de nieuwe Sara's Signature Nautical collectie en deze kaart ermee gemaakt. Ik heb een oude pagina uit een boek gebruikt en deze gekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Harmony Inktpads gekleurd. Daarna heb ik met de Spectrum Noir Finesse waterproof de stempels uit de Underwater Garden en Fish Tales erop gestempeld en deze gekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Colourblend potloden.  Het achtergrond papier is ook van de Nautical collectie en ik heb op beide een stikrandje genaaid met de hand. Daarna heb ik de Seashells set gebruikt en een berg schelpjes en zeesterren gestempeld met de Finesse waterproof en deze gekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Aquablend potloden. Met een witte Molotow marker heb ik de witte accenten aangebracht. De tekst is van de stempelset die bij de Crafter's Inspiration 22 zit.

I played a little with the new Sara's Signature Nautical collection and made this card with it. I used an old page from a book and colored it with the Spectrum Noir Harmony Ink Pads. Then I stamped the stamps from the Underwater Garden and Fish Tales with the Spectrum Noir Finesse waterproof and colored them with the Spectrum Noir Colorblend pencils. The background paper is also from the Nautical collection and I sewed a hand stitching on both. Then I used the Seashells set and stamped a pile of shells and starfish with the Finesse waterproof and colored it with the Spectrum Noir Aquablend pencils. I applied the white accents with a white Molotow marker. The text is from the stamp set that comes with the Crafter's Inspiration 22.

Poppies Grow Wild...

Vanmorgen begonnen aan dit kaartje, met het kleuren van de Wild Poppies stempelset van Sheena Douglass. Ik heb hiervoor de Spectrum Noir Aquablend potloden gebruikt voor de Poppies en de Spectrum Noir Harmony inktpads voor de achtergrond met de Finesse Waterproof. Ik heb de Poppies gestempeld op een cirkel uit de Gemini Stitched Edge Circles. Het kaartje ging lekker snel, en dat komt omdat ik er geen stikrandjes op heb gemaakt. Scheelt aardig wat tijd hahahaha maar vindt het altijd toch wel mooier met zo'n randje.

I started this morning with this card, with the coloring of the Wild Poppies stamp set from Sheena Douglass. For this I used the Spectrum Noir Aquablend pencils for the Poppies and the Spectrum Noir Harmony ink pads for the background with the Finesse Waterproof. I stamped the Poppies on a circle from the Gemini Stitched Edge Circles. The card went nice and fast, and that's because I didn't make any stitching on it. Saves quite a bit of time hahahaha but always finds it nicer with such an edge.

Happy Birthday....

Voor vandaag heb ik deze kaart om te laten zien, die ik heb gemaakt met de Gemini Stamp and Die Happy en de Crafter's Companion Crocus Collection Background layering stempelset.  Ik heb alleen niet de juiste inktpads voor de layering techniek dus dan maar iets anders verzinnen om er mee te doen. Dus deze keer heb ik de Crocus stempel met witte embossing poeder van WOW gestempeld en daarna ingekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Aquablend potloden. Helaas zie je het niet op de foto maar de bloemen zijn ook allemaal met de SN Sparkle Clear Overlay pen gekleurd dus ze glinsteren erg mooi als je de kaart beweegt.

For today I have this card to show, which I made with the Gemini Stamp and Die Happy and the Crafter's Companion Crocus Collection Background layering stamp set. I just don't have the right ink pads for the layering technique, so tI had to come up with something else to do with it. So this time I stamped the Crocus stamp with white embossing powder from WOW and then colored it with the Spectrum Noir Aquablend pencils. Unfortunately you do not see it in the photo but the flowers are also all colored with the SN Sparkle Clear Overlay pen so they sparkle beautifully when you move the card.

Ik heb een stempeltje gebruikt van Bugaboo Bug Sitter en deze gekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Alcohol markers en Colourblend potloden. De vorm is gemaakt met de Gemini en de Gemini Torn Edges Ovals mallenset en de Die'sire alfabet mallen 0,5.

Summer's Album....

Ik ben de afgelopen dagen bezig geweest met het maken van dit album voor onze pup Summer. ik heb de Gemini Cascade Down Alfabet mallen gebruikt en dat is echt heel makkelijk om er dan een album mee te maken. Ik had nog een apparaat staan om gaatjes mee te maken en waar je een spiraal mee door de blaadjes kan vastmaken uit een ver verleden toen ik nog boekjes maakte over hoe je draakjes moet maken met polymeer klei. En nu blijkt maar weer hoe goed het is om iets te bewaren ;)

Alle materialen komen voorbij in het filmpje.

I have been busy the last couple of days with creating this album for my sweet Puppy Summer :) I used the Cascade Down Alphabet dies and they make it really easy to create something beautifull with them. All used materials are shown in the video.

Share a little Sunshine...

Ik heb vandaag dit kaartje om te laten zien. Mede doordat ik een standaard voor mijn telefoon heb gekocht zodat ik er video's mee kan maken. Dus in de video kan je zien hoe ik de stempel Crocus collection van Crafter's Companion inkleur met de Spectrum Noir Aquablend potloden.Ik ben nog cameraschuw dus geen geblabber van mij er tussendoor hahahahah misschien dat dat ooit nog wel is komt....

De tekst is van een CC Holly Hobbie stempelset gestempeld met de Finesse alcohol proof op Vellum. Ik vind het paarse matt metallic echt super mooi van Crafter's Companion het is zoo mooi van kleur. Tja het is paars he hahhaah dan zit je nooit fout hier in The Purplelicious Kingdom....

Zo vandaag weer lekker een kaartje gemaakt, en deze keer spulletjes opgezocht die ik al een hele poos had liggen en nog niet had gebruikt. I had time to create another card for today. This time I searched my Purplelicious Kingdom for stash that I had not used yet or not in a long time.... So I found this cute stamp from Craft Sensations and the Flowers Blooming also from Craft Sensations and played with them. I colored the stamp with the Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers. The sentiment is from a Holly Hobbie set from Crafter's Companion.

It's your birthday....

Ohh ik had vandaag even een momentje nodig om mijn gedachte te verzetten dus ben dit uiltje van Polkadoodles gaan kleuren. Ik heb het gekleurd met de Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers en een Witte Colourblend potlood en de Witte Molotow Marker. Het papier is van Craft Sensations. De tekst stempel is een Sentimental van Crafter's Companion een hele oude set.

Today I needed a moment to clear my head as there where too many things running around in it and it made me sad, so I decided that I needed the color this Owl from Polkadoodles as it is my Favourite stamp from Nikky Hall. And it always made me happy. So I colored it with the Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers, white colourblend pencil and a white Molotow marker for the bright white spots. Papers are from Craft Sensations and the sentiment is from a Crafter's Companion set called Sentimentals.
